Long Cable Run Guidance

At 25 metres, this is a long HDMI cable run. Long passive HDMI cables can occasionally experience signal degradation depending on the output quality of the source device. For best results:

• Ensure both devices are set to HDMI 2.0 mode in their settings (some TVs and consoles default to HDMI 1.4).
• Avoid tight coiling or sharp bends, especially near the connectors.
• Do not run alongside mains power cables for long parallel distances (can cause interference).
• If signal issues occur at 4K 60Hz, try reducing to 4K 30Hz or 1080p to test the cable.
• For ultra-reliable 4K 60Hz over very long runs, an active HDMI cable or HDMI extender may perform more consistently.
