We want you to feel clear and confident before ordering from Amizek. If something isn't right, eligible items can be returned under the policy below.
📅 14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
📨 Return Postage
- Faulty or incorrect items: Amizek covers all return postage costs. We'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label.
- Change-of-mind returns: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
💳 Refund Processing
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
🔄 Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Simply contact us with your order details and the item you'd like instead.
⚖️ Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable resolution in line with your statutory rights.
