Great news – shipping is completely free on all orders!p

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated between 3 to 5 business days

  • All orders are dispatched with trusted UK courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including all UK islands. Please note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

⏳ Shipping Delays or Issues

While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

📷 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

If your parcel is lost in transit, rest assured – we’ll work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
