Starting a return is easy. Contact our team via our [Contact page] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping within the UK only, and it's completely free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
