Easy Returns Process
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please also keep your proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
While we aim to be as flexible as possible, some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Personalised or made-to-order items

Exchanges Made Simple
Need a different size, colour, or style? The quickest way is to return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If so, we’ll process it right away to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to complete the transaction.
