Important Notes Before Purchasing

• On first start-up, the ignition may fail as the fuel line is empty — this is normal. Simply restart and the heater will run correctly.
• The remote control requires pairing before first use — refer to the user manual.
• Confirm your vehicle battery voltage (12V or 24V) before ordering.
• The heater runs on 12–24V DC. A power converter (110–245V AC to 12V DC, 25A) is included for mains use.
• The exhaust pipe must be routed to the outside of the vehicle, directed away from the direction of travel, with the outlet facing downward to prevent water ingress.
• Connect the power cable directly to the battery — not to the cigarette lighter socket.

Maintenance Guide

• Clean carbon deposits from the ignition plug periodically; replace if burned.
• Clean radiating fins and combustion chamber if carbon build-up reduces thermal efficiency.
• Keep intake, exhaust and drip pipes clear of mud and blockages.
• Keep the fuel tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve clean to prevent fuel circuit blockages.
• Use antifreeze compatible with the ambient temperature in the heater circulation system.
• Check the water pump regularly; repair or replace if leaking or difficult to start.
• Do not modify the automatic control box — it is factory-calibrated.
• Check the thermal control and micro switch regularly; replace if faulty.
• During warm months when the heater is not in use, run it for 5 minutes, 4–5 times per month to keep it in working order.
• Use diesel appropriate to the current season’s temperature to maintain performance.
