Soft corner guards designed to cushion the sharp 90° corners of tables, TV units, desks, cabinets and other furniture with exposed edges. The key material and adhesive details are clearly visible on the product: a dense, matte-surface foam (not hard plastic, not thin silicone — a thick, cushioned foam that absorbs impact) with pre-applied 3M double-sided tape on the inside faces. The L-shaped design wraps fully around a corner, covering both faces of the edge simultaneously for complete corner coverage rather than just a flat pad on one surface. Where to Install

• Coffee tables — the most common injury point; low height puts corners at head level for crawlers and early walkers; fit all 4 corners top and bottom (8 guards per coffee table)

• TV units and media cabinets — the front two corners of a TV unit are at standing-toddler face height; fit the front two corners as a minimum
• Desks — front two corners at child face height
• Dining table — corners at toddler forehead height when walking underneath or around the table

Installation Instructions

1. Clean the corner surface thoroughly with a dry cloth to remove dust, grease and moisture; the surface must be completely dry before applying.
2. For best adhesion, wipe with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and allow to dry fully — this removes invisible residue that degrades tape adhesion.
3. Peel the 3M backing tape from both inner legs of the L-shaped guard.
4. Position the guard over the corner so both legs sit flush against the two faces of the furniture edge.
5. Press each leg firmly for 30–60 seconds to activate the 3M adhesive bond.
6. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 1 hour before the furniture is in use, and 24 hours before the guard is subjected to significant force.
7. Check all installed guards weekly to confirm they remain securely attached; replace any guard where adhesion has weakened.

Adhesion Notes

• 3M tape performs best on smooth, sealed, non-porous surfaces such as lacquered wood, glass, metal, and plastic laminate.
• Adhesion is reduced on raw/unsealed wood, heavily textured surfaces, fabric-wrapped edges, and surfaces that have been recently cleaned with silicone-based products.
• These guards are not designed for surfaces that flex, move, or expand significantly (e.g. unsecured tablecloths, unfinished MDF edges).

Safety Notes

• Corner protectors reduce but do not eliminate impact risk; adult supervision remains essential.
• Inspect guards regularly — remove and replace any guard that has partially detached, as a partially loose guard may present a different hazard.
• Keep out of reach of children when not installed; the guards themselves are a small-parts risk if detached and accessible to infants.
